Ensure the game supports a high frame rate option. Adjust your monitor's refresh rate and turn on VSync. This limits the display to around 30 FPS, while VSync prevents it from exceeding that limit.

The Nvidia control panel doesn’t offer a setting for V-sync at a half refresh rate. It typically caps at 30 Hz.
