I have the spec: i3-4010U, 4GB RAM, Intel® 4400, 60Hz monitor. I'm trying all methods but still seeing screen tearing in the video (top left corner). Can you help? Thanks a lot <3! Facebook_7.mp4

Question the RAM capacity because the HD4400 is already compromised, and faulty memory usually leads to sudden blue screen interruptions during operation. This situation becomes more serious if the issue isn't related to software, as it would likely result in the device becoming unusable.

I missed that it's an iGPU. That's another concern, though probably GPU-related. Updated my first message.

Consider using a benchmark such as Unigene Heaven to check availability. If found, it might be wise to begin preparing for a new laptop and stop gaming on this device right away.
