On this Reddit post I discuss my methods for boosting scores and achieving higher performance. I focus on increasing my maximum turbo frequency and raising my all-core turbo by 50-75MHz. On a 3700X, if you apply these settings with max limits except for EDC (which isn't working), your all-core turbo will drop, and you'll hit your peak turbo less often—or not at all.
