You need to adjust the core voltage to lower it from 1.392 to between 1.2 and 1.3. Check your ASUS B550-MA manual or BIOS settings for instructions on changing the voltage.

Choose the box labeled bios select manual (showing auto, offset, and manual), then a new box will show below it. Input the desired voltage value for vcore, such as 1.2 or 1.3.

Offset mode uses a negative sign for undervoltage. For manual adjustment, begin with -0.050 next to "VDDCR CPU Offset Voltage." If automatic undervolt is enabled, it should handle the task.

You're unsure about how the minus sign affects the format. Putting the mode sign to negative usually indicates a negative value, so "0.050" would typically become "-0.050".
