I tried that board, but it lacks BCLK control even though I thought it should support voltage control. From my recollection, only the external clock generator on certain models gave me that feature—specifically the B660M Mortar Max, PG Riptide, Strix variants, and Strix. The B760M Mortar Max is expected to have one too, but it's quite costly, making it unlikely either way.

The equivalent CPU on the AMD side for the 7600X would be a Ryzen 5 or similar processor, depending on the specific configuration and requirements.

These boards all perform well, but opting for a Z790 UD or Z690-A Pro would offer savings. You can find more details at the provided links. In multi-core performance, the 13600K matches the 7700X closely. Prices are also comparable, especially for CPU and motherboard costs (AM5 boards tend to be costly).

For a Z690/790 M-series Pro board, install a board that matches its specifications and requirements.
