R20 supports single threaded as well; open the file in the top left of the window and review advanced benchmarks. In the first image you mentioned, above the memory details, there should be CPU information with a multiplier marked. Multiply this by the base clock—38 times the base clock equals the CPU clock speed (3800MHz = 3.8GHz). The base clock is set to 100 by default. On the Advanced screen, there’s an option to save or load configurations to a USB drive; it’s roughly halfway through the list, so you can check each one if needed.
