Hello. I’m a speed runner who used to rely on a messy timer method. I’m curious if I can keep the built-in Windows window centered at the bottom of the screen and still enjoy full-screen mode.

Adjust the window position to remain visible above others. With AutoHotKey, press Ctrl+1 to switch between always-on-top and standard mode.
