Adjust the visual options for better experience in GTA5.
I just installed GTA 5 on my PC and tried to follow the story I played on PS3, but the game isn't running smoothly. There are lots of empty sections while driving and it keeps jumping in and out of cars without the car-entry animation. I'm using an i5-2500K with 16GB RAM, ASUS 280x all-in-one on a 2560x1440 display. I suspect the issue might be related to settings or missing something obvious in the editor. Even with a windowless border at 1080x1200, buildings still disappear and glitches persist. The MSI afterburner shows around 40-50fps. Any tips would be super helpful!
Check MSI Afterburner or GTA5 settings for configuration details. Storage usage is typically around 2767MB to 3072MB in GTA5 settings.
That should be okay. Your GPU has 3GB of VRAM, right? And how about the hard drive usage? I wouldn’t be surprised unless that’s the main issue, but you never know.
