It wasn't an issue until this year. Previously, last year I had to add "file type" exclusions for Defender (W10). Now the video files launch instantly instead of taking 4-5 seconds. The folder opening still has a 3-second delay, but I don’t recall what the usual timing was. Hope this assists someone.
