Is it unusual? Do you know someone with a PC you could connect to test the fans? That way we can eliminate other possibilities and focus on the hub if it doesn't work.

my fan is 6-pin but i don't have a 6-pin connector on my motherboard, it's only 4-pin

Checked the setup, these are unusual fan connectors with MB sync and Molex power. Fans should be installed sequentially from positions 1 to 8. Confirmed it’s correct.

I believe it's the hub—pressing the button from there doesn't help, while the fan keeps spinning and then stops without any RGB changes.

From what I observe, everything seems to be functioning properly. The hub supplies power and the fans operate based on commands from the hub without any motherboard involvement. These are likely the same fans that have been running previously and just paused recently.
