For managing the fan, tools like MSI Afterburner are available. Nvidia controls don't offer this feature.

People have noted alternatives such as MSI Afterburner or EVGA Precision. Just disable the auto setting beside the fan speed, choose your desired speed, and press apply. They also let you define personal fan profiles.
