Adjust the game's frame rate manually by accessing its settings or performance options.
Hey, I've begun playing the original Watch Dogs and noticed several audio problems. After adjusting the settings, I found some crashes when changing resolutions, requiring a restart each time. The most bothersome part is the VSync and frame rate issues. Although the menu says a 60 FPS cap exists, it doesn't actually work. In reality, the game runs at over 300 FPS in menus and above 90 in gameplay, with big fluctuations. Because of this, I can only set it to 30 FPS, which isn't great and causes headaches after each session. So even with VSync on, the game ignores the 60 FPS limit. I've tried tweaking Radeon settings and enabling VSync, but nothing helped. What other options can I try to force the frame rate to stay at 60?
Use MSI Afterburner and Rivatuner Statistics Server to restrict FPS.
