I've watched videos about changing the field of view, but they don't seem to help. It's confusing since they suggest opening the profile with Notepad, but I can't do that. Could you find a better way to adjust it? Thanks!

The file isn't accessible in Notepad. You might not have used the correct method—try right-click > open with Notepad.exe or search for it. For better editing, consider using Notepad++ or Sublime Text.
