Hello, the scaling setting in NVCP seems stuck on the display menu instead of the GPU option. I've attempted various solutions: fresh installation, DDU driver, different monitors, HDMI cables, and toggling NIS. I've also updated GPU bios and overclocked it. I'm using an i9 9900k with RTX 3070, 32GB RAM, and a 3200+ processor. The issue involves severe jitter above refresh rates across all games. I can't play without NVCP vsync enabled, but that's not my main concern right now. I've tried every scaling method—aspect ratio, no scaling, full screen—and the screen still flashes black when switching to GPU scaling. I've attached a screenshot showing the tab in NVCP, which doesn't appear grayed out. It seems the problem persists despite years of troubleshooting.
