Vsync doesn't solve everything, it reduces screen tearing but movement still feels choppy. Adaptive and fast sync don't help either. Turning on triple or double buffering didn't make a difference. Uncapped frame rates stop the tearing, yet the camera remains uneven. Like with VSync, it's not about FPS—it's about smoothness. I'm okay using VSync in this case. This problem only appeared in Rainbow Six Siege; my setup runs at 75Hz and others on YouTube show similar results even at 60Hz. It's not a fps problem because uncapped rates give me around 200-300 FPS.
