Just open CMD as an administrator and enter two commands. This should resolve the issue. I'm using Windows 8.1 with the 980 Ti version, and I've noticed a big reduction in stuttering after upgrading. The in-game menu still lags when accessing maps, but gameplay feels smoother.

That’s unusual. SLi tends to cause most minor stutters. I set up SLi on two systems (680 and 780Ti) before, and they consistently showed microstutter—sometimes subtle, but present. In intense gameplay, I had to turn off SLi and run a single card only to prevent problems.
No, I'm not using Windows 7 or 8. I function with the current version available.
This also functions on Windows 8. The disabled dynamictick command resolved the stuttering issue. It's exclusive to Windows 8 and 10.
I wasn't aware X60 still had the stutter issue, which is quite disappointing. Dafuq, Nvidia?! I plan to switch to X70 next year, and it needs to be flawless.
