Verify if the same stutter occurs in GTA 5. Engine behaves poorly at around 182 fps, causing noticeable stutters. If you lower the frame rate to a standard level like 144 fps, the issue disappears. It's unclear if Rockstar fixed this earlier when players achieved extremely high FPS, as the problem emerged before RDR2 was released. Determine whether a frame cap below that threshold resolves the stuttering.

It's not that bad overall. GTA's stuttering becomes noticeable at 188fps, while RDR2 has minor microglitches that are almost imperceptible. I've experimented with Vulkan and it improved performance noticeably, though occasional frame hiccups can still occur in other titles. It seems normal for some games to have these small timing issues.
