You're seeing a slight drop in performance when your Intel i9-10850K runs at 5.2 GHz across all cores during Cinebench tests. This can be due to thermal throttling, power management settings, or ambient temperature affecting cooling. Check the CPU temperature and ensure proper airflow. Also, verify that your BIOS is set to the correct overclock limits and that you're not running unnecessary background processes.

Is Thermal Velocity Boost active? The CPU will reduce speed to 100 MHz at 70°C when TVB is turned on. You could also encounter a power ceiling. What thresholds are in place? Open HWiNFO64 to see the throttling indicators. Are you employing an AVX offset? This will hinder CPU performance when it processes AVX instructions used by Cinebench.

You're unsure about your power limits on the Oris Ultra Z490, are you? Finding that information can be tricky since it depends on your specific setup.

Run HWiNFO64 to view power usage and throttling causes. At 61°C, it appears your CPU isn't operating at maximum speed during stress tests.
