The BIOS offers many options such as CPU voltage control. It wasn't until the 12th Gen that Intel stopped including FIVR voltage control on non-K CPUs. You should be fine. Lowering loadline values helps cut CPU voltage, power use, and heat. I own a comparable Asus Strix Z490-E Gaming. In BIOS I adjusted the AC/DC loadline to 0.250, which greatly reduced full voltage and power draw. No further adjustments were needed afterward. Intel's default settings often add extra voltage that isn't required. Small changes like this can have a big impact. For this CPU, the recommended AC/DC loadline is around 1.10 mOhm.
