Hello everyone, I’m using Verizon FIOS gig internet and recently bought a new router since my Verizon one wasn’t working well. My choices were either to spend a lot on another Verizon device or get a third-party option. I chose the ASUS RT-AX58U Wi-Fi 6 router. They said I shouldn’t face issues, but I’m only seeing half of the advertised speeds. When I connect my ASUS router straight to the ONT box, I get full performance. It seems my setup might be off. Any advice would be appreciated.

Consider saving your ASUS router configurations, adjust any QoS parameters that could cause performance issues similar to certain routers, then restart the device if needed.
