Hello everyone, I’m reaching out for your help in identifying a problem that’s becoming more frequent on my computer. Every few days I encounter a pop-up displaying the message about a memory address being referenced and unable to be written. I’ve attached some screenshots for reference. This issue began a few months ago, coinciding with my recent Windows installation. At first it happened roughly every couple of weeks, but now it’s happening more often—sometimes daily. Although it was initially bothersome and not alarming, the increasing frequency has raised my concern. Until now, the only programs running were Firefox alongside Dropbox, Backblaze, GeForce, and NordVPN in the system tray. Is this a recurring pattern? If so, what should I do to resolve it? Any advice would be invaluable. I’ve tried updating the BIOS, reseating the RAM with MemTest86, running the System File Checker, and checking my specs. The CPU is an Intel i7 12700k, the cooler is Noctua NH-D15, motherboard MSI MAG z690, and I’m using DDR4 memory from Kingston. The storage includes a 1TB SSD, a 500GB NVMe drive, and a 7200 RPM GPU from Asus. The case is Fractal Design Meshify, and I’m using a compact PSU from EVGA. My fans are all standard, and the monitors are LG models. I’ve also connected a WD Blue 8TB drive inside a UGREEN enclosure. Please let me know what’s going on.

Download MSI Center and refresh all settings. Ensure your Razer software is current. Verify Windows updates are installed. Check if Samsung Magician is up-to-date and its NVMe firmware is current. If problems persist, disconnect the external hard drive, KVM, and USB header on the fan hub. Test with a single RAM stick in DIMM A2 to identify if the issue lies there. If successful, consider a minor voltage adjustment for RAM or CPU memory controller.
