MB: Asus Z87-K
PSU: Corsair 600W
Case: Corsair Carbide 300R
Hello,
I have several unused fan slots in my case and want to install more fans. It has two on the top, two on the sides, one at the back, and one space at the front that's not being used. Could you explain exactly what steps I need to take? Should all of them connect to the motherboard? Do I require any special tools or utilities? I’m really confused and would appreciate any guidance. Your help means a lot.
Thank you.

Initially, understand your computer case's fan capacity since each case varies. For instance, one 200mm fan fits in the front of my case, but two 120mm fans can also fit there; this applies to other areas too. Checking your case model online will help.

the mb has two 4 pin case fan headers. when you fill them, you require a fan controller.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as...-_-Product
pulg all the new fans into the controller and adjust the speed using the slide or knobs.

Initially, determine the appropriate fan size for your computer case since each case varies. For instance, one 200mm fan fits in the front of my case, but two 120mm fans can also be accommodated there; the same rule applies to the top area. Searching up your case model will help you find the right information.
