Considering the upgrade to the Asus ROG STRIX B550-F, would it be possible to run at 3200Hz? You mentioned thinking about a Ryzen 7 5800X, but that would be more expensive than just changing the motherboard. You believe a 3200Hz would help in the future with the Ryzen 7. TL;DR: If you switch to a B550-F, can you achieve 3200Hz on four DIMMs?

Absolutely correct, the 550 board will operate at 3200 without overclocking. Keep in mind the memory will run slower, but you'll need to adjust the system settings accordingly.
