Hey, I spent most of my budget on an R7 2700X and skipped the motherboard upgrade, which I’m really sorry about now. It doesn’t have RGB headers, so I’m curious if there’s a way to add them. To be clear, I’m new to this stuff since I don’t usually use top-tier gear. Any advice would be great! I need 4-pin connectors.

You'll require an RGB controller, which links to your motherboard via a USB 2.0 port. You might opt for a premium model like Corsair Commander or look for more affordable alternatives.

I checked a few options, but I assumed they were similar to splitters and needed an RGB header on your board. Would something like this work?
