I own two 8GB ADATA DDR3 RAM sticks that are basic, their green casing. My motherboard is an MSI 970GMA-P34 FX. How can I boost their speeds?

They shouldn't be overclocked, as it reaches 1866 and then drops to 1600 automatically.
