Adapter Ultra 7 155H for 155Hz audio output
Hello, I recently purchased an Asus Zenbook 14 with the Ultra 7 155H processor. I noticed its maximum turbo power is only 115W, while my laptop's adapter supports 65W. Is it safe to upgrade to a more powerful adapter? I assume using a higher wattage adapter would let the CPU run at full capacity, but it might generate more heat. I see some options for 100% power adapters that are 230W, but I have no idea if that’s safe. This is the first time I’ve tried anything like this, and I don’t know where to find a reliable shop in my country.
In short, any adapter you pick needs to match the device's specs. If it doesn't, the plug might not fit; in the worst case, you could damage your laptop.
Let's simplify it.
Focus on the main idea and remove complex terms.
Essentially, the OCP won’t last more than a second. Your battery will handle the shortfall. Also, your VRM layout may not support the maximum load.
