Hello all,
After numerous attempts to fix and test my USB to Ethernet devices, I've realized they're not reliable. To give you a clearer picture, I'm preparing a dual PC streaming configuration, using my tower as the gaming machine and a 2019 Razer Blade 15 as the streaming unit. Everything functions smoothly via NDI over LAN when it works.

I currently have a Juiced Bizhub USB C hub, but only Ethernet cables are connected. The problem arises during heavy usage—like pushing the gaming PC's signal through LAN NDI—to the laptop. The laptop either disconnects entirely or drops the connection abruptly, sometimes needing to be unplugged and reattached. While this isn't a major concern since I can work around it, it becomes problematic when the adapter slows to 100Mbps. At that speed, I experience a +400 ping during online games, likely because the LAN link gets saturated by the NDI traffic.

I've adjusted settings in Device Manager, changed duplex to single mode, and tried all speed options, but random drops persist. Power-saving modes and profiles haven't helped either. I reinstalled Windows 10, upgraded to 11, and even swapped cables and ports, yet the instability continues. I've also looked for drivers from forums and online communities, but nothing resolves the issue.

At this point, I'm leaning toward using just one streaming PC, which I understand isn't ideal, but it would be better than giving up. Could anyone recommend a USB or Thunderbolt adapter that can handle at least 1Gbps under heavy load? Or any solution to fix my Ethernet adapters?

Thanks for your time,
Raff

I haven't encountered any issues with the 2.5Gbit and 5Gbit adapters from Realtek, Aquantia, or Marvell.
