It performs better than others in present offerings for a better cost. In the future it won't be as strong, meaning any purchase made recently may not hold much value.

I appreciate Intel, but I won't excuse them from accountability for misinformation. Your reaction about the i9 not being a simple scam shows how closely it matched my description.
