I've tried it, but it only functions at 2133MHz. Does it matter which profile you select?
Have you attempted adjusting the memory speed alone, keeping DOCP unchanged? Try 2667mhz on its own, without altering other settings.
It's no guarantee that 3200C16 works with that particular ram. Sometime it doesn't run faster than 2400/2666/2800/2933 or so. And sometime modules are not compatibel at all. If you want ram that runs @3200 you get a kit from the memory QVL that's tested @3200.
