I'm building a new PC tomorrow. I've looked at my options and I think windows is right for me but I don't really want to purchase a activation key if I don't have to. I currently have a 250gb m.2 from a broken laptop that has a boot on it obviously but I've purchased a 1Tb m.2 and I want that to be my boot drive as it will be faster blah blah blah. I have a windows fresh install ready to go on a usb. so if It comes to it i'll forgo the 250 but because I have it i thought I would use it anyway. My question is how do I run this so that it only boots from my 1Tb and how do I then delete the boot off the 250gb all without paying for an activation key. is that even possible?
