They only offered Intel XMP profiles, so you didn’t get the AMD EXPO options.

The RAM, motherboard, and CPU were sold together as a set providing excellent price for the period. I wasn't aware they don't include EXPO support.

Consider adjusting frequency or timing parameters. Use XMP to apply changes, then configure a speed of 5600MT/s as an example.
