Activating Secure Boot to lock the system in BIOS mode.
I’m trying to switch to Windows 11 but one of the conditions is to turn on secure boot. However, when I try, it locks me into my BIOS and won’t let me exit even after resetting or turning off the PC. I’ve heard suggestions about selecting boot options, but enabling secure boot seems to wipe all those settings. My system has a Ryzen 5 5600X, B450M Steel Legend, 1650 Super, and 16 GB RAM at 3600 MHz.
Have you verified the installation type? Look for "BIOS Mode" in the System Summary. It should indicate either "UEFI" or "Legacy."
The system probably doesn’t have a GPT partition table, which is needed for UEFI mode and secure boot functionality.
