I got assistance with upgrading my computer at the end of 2023 and early 2024. The system can run Windows 11, except for Secure Boot which isn't turned on. Is this a setting handled via the BIOS? Thank you for your help.

Does this operation involve the BIOS? Thank you for your feedback.
Yes, in the most recent BIOS updates, enabling Secure Boot can be done directly inside the BIOS settings.
If you used a version with CSM activated, you'll have to reinstall the operating system.
