Hello. When I enable MCE it restricts my CPU from exceeding the base speed of 3.5GHz, which seems confusing since it's supposed to boost core speed. Turning it off unlocks turbo mode and allows reaching up to 5GHz without problems. Could you clarify? Your system specs are an i5-13600K, Gigabyte Z690 UD, DDR4.
