It's odd they allowed this adjustment, especially because the card can't handle RT.

You can activate ray tracing via the launch option -gpuFlag forceRayTracing on supported cards. After adjusting, I removed it and the settings reset to default. The performance reached max RT at 1080p native without any performance loss.
