The profile listed is for 3600MHz, but this RAM probably won’t work at that speed. There should be an option to pick an XMP profile and then adjust the settings to match the actual clock and timing your RAM supports. That’s the problem here—figuring out how to update the BIOS settings in this interface.

It seems the issue isn't related to the speed setting and might be due to a persistent problem. Clearing the CMOS could be worth trying if that's the case.
