It seems the settings you're using on your home network won't apply to the internet. Are you setting up the various ports correctly?

Yes, I can connect remotely using my 4G connection easily. The only limitation is waking up my PC.

The options you recommended aren't effective. The one I mentioned earlier functions only on a local network. All settings are properly configured, and the router's forwarding is also active. Wake on LAN is definitely turned on in the BIOS as well.

Don't assume WOL will function online. I only recommend it if you personally use it.
