I recently assembled my gaming PC and noticed a peculiar behavior. When I power on the PSU, the RGB fan lights flash simultaneously for a brief moment. Turning off the PSU switch and restarting causes the flashing to stop. This only occurs after leaving the PSU off for an extended period. The system operates normally once the case is powered on, with no problems during operation. The CPU cooler uses a hub with six slots—three for fans and a pump. The case includes three RGB fans, which I connected to the hub. The hub connects via a single ARGB pin on the motherboard. I tested one RGB fan and still saw the blinking continue. Is this typical? If not, what steps should I take? It seems like a voltage spike during startup affects the RGB display. Just to confirm, the computer is working perfectly at 100%—no issues there. I wouldn’t have any concerns.

Others have similar experiences. My friend noticed the same issue with his PC's motherboard lights blinking whenever the PSU powers on. It seems to be a built-in feature, repeating each time the switch is flipped. This only happens when the PSU has been off or disconnected from the power source for an extended period.

I've encountered the same problem before. There seems to be no resolution yet.
