Hello everyone. I'm setting up my new Asus ROG Strix X570 gaming rig. Still have four loose cables from the old board—two pairs of wires (white & blue, red & black) and two 4P connectors. My issue: the PC won't power on. It seems one of these cables might be connected to the power switch. All connections point toward that switch. Nearby, there are two 3.5mm audio jacks and a small LED light. Hope someone can help figure this out. Also, I'm not very experienced with PC builds—thanks ahead! Edited December 11, 2021 by Odim

On the lower right corner of the motherboard are connectors for the power switch pins, which you should refer to in the manual and attach them accordingly.

The power supply seems outdated. Could you share the brand and model details? Also, which CPU will work best with your motherboard?

It's a cougar 750W with an AMD Ryzen 9 5900X, and I was able to plug in the power button and it functions properly.
