I've been using Acronis True Image 2010 and 2012 on multiple computers without issues. I decided to upgrade to a single version and bought enough licenses for all my machines. The software installed correctly on most systems except one. During installation, I received a warning to uninstall ATI 2012, which I did. After reinstalling ATI 2017, the installer displayed an error: "The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2902." I reached out to Acronis, but they didn't respond as they no longer support that version. They provided an uninstall tool that removed the program completely, but I couldn't reinstall it or the older version. Now I lack a full backup for my machine. Any suggestions would be helpful. TIA.
