Acronis 2017 can't be put up on my computer
I use Acronis True Image on several computers, and everything works fine. It was time to switch versions so I bought the right licenses for all my machines. The software got installed everywhere except one computer. When I tried to put it back up, the program said something went wrong. I needed to remove ATI 2012 first, which I did. Then when I tried to put in ATI 2017 again, the installer crashed with an error code of 2902. Acronis is no longer fixing this issue, so they won't answer my questions. They have a way to wipe everything out, but even after running it and reinstalling, nothing works. I tried going back to ATI 2012 but the installer refuses to start. Now I don't have any backup for this machine at all. Any ideas would be super helpful. TIA.
