Hey everyone, from the title it’s clear one of my gaming PCs has begun restarting unexpectedly. The Windows Management Console shows 'acpi thermal zone has been enumerated' in the event log. It only happened a couple of times after moving the 2080ti into the case. Here are the specs: 8700k (5GHz all core -2 AVX offset 1.295v), 16Gb DDR4 XMP, 3200EVGA 280Ti @ stock Gigabyte Z370 I Aorus Pro Wifi Corsair 250D mini ITX case, Corsair HX750i, PSU, custom hardline loop cooled with 120 + 240 Rads. Running on Windows 11 Pro. Even with the water cooling, the case size causes temperatures to rise slightly but not enough to trigger throttling or shutdown. These events occurred while playing Far Cry New Dawn, and both times the CPU stayed around 70°C and the GPU at 75°C. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Cheers, Chris

The temperatures on the motherboard VRM have been taken into account.

Checked after an hour of gaming; VRM MOS at 53°C max, everything else normal. Likely unstable startup caused by AVX workloads—maybe the OS background tasks contributed. Only recently updated to Windows 11 and enabled -2 offset, which seems to have resolved it.
