Your i5 3570 might be struggling due to its limited GPU power, especially if the game is demanding. Check both your hardware and software for issues.

I can execute that game at 70-90 FPS using my 770 without Ubersampling, suggesting the issue might be elsewhere. It could not be a GPU hardware problem, possibly related to other settings. EDIT: I also play in 1080p.

I don't monitor hardware temperatures directly, but you can check them using system tools or monitoring software.

Your performance is typical under those conditions. 40fps with UBERSAMPLING and 60fps without it are both within normal ranges.

Verify your GPU utilization, if minimal, delete the graphic driver using DDU and reinstall it.
