The 13700k is essentially similar to a 12900k, which an nhd15 could manage easily. A 12l model wouldn't handle it well. Since the 13700k produces only about 20-40w less heat than the 12900k, it makes sense that the 12l isn't performing as expected.

It seems you're asking about keeping a specific voltage stable. Only certain liquids can help maintain that level, right?

I’m considering swapping out the cooler, reapplying thermal paste, and installing additional fans. Since this might not resolve the issue, I’m thinking about liquid cooling as a backup. Have you seen any final tips from the community before starting?
