Hi, I recently installed an MX500 SATA SSD to expand storage on this laptop. When I connect it, nothing appears—PC lights up but no ACER logo shows up, and I can’t access BIOS. After disconnecting it, everything functions normally again, even after moving the SSD to another slot. The issue seems to be with the two drives being connected together. Any advice would be appreciated?

It could relate to shared PCIe lanes. You might want to explore some research on that.

VMD was configured in the bios settings and needed to be turned off.
