You're in French Canada, right? But seriously, you're using an OEM motherboard. They often restrict booting into BIOS. You might need to press DEL, F1-12 (not F8), or INSERT to get there. These keys usually unlock the BIOS menu. By default, the system should prioritize ODD as the first option if available.
