you are probably fine but I would expect
some
cpu bottleneck, as long as you got at least 4G ram I bet you will manage to play it.

Which specific CPU is causing an issue? The G4560 may lead to problems.

The minimum requirement is an i3-7100, which isn't all that much more powerful than the Pentium G4560. So you should be fine, but expect frame drops when things get intense.
As a side note, I played this game on the PS4 Pro and there are occasions where it dumps frames. It wasn't common, but it happened.
