Attempted to reach support today to have my account reinstated. It looks like the restriction also covers help.ea.com, making it unfeasible to log in to the forum, view my case number, or schedule a call. It seems I’ll need to set up a new account using an email that hasn’t been used for an EA login. *Facepalm*
