I recently installed the latest updates for Windows Creator (Windows 10 Pro) and noticed some problems. When my child account (Standard User) tries to log out automatically, it works fine, but if I switch to a local admin account, everything functions properly. I’m concerned about someone having access that could cause issues or alter important settings and scripts.

It depends on the account type; standard users typically have an idle timeout feature that automatically logs you out after a defined period of inactivity, though the exact duration varies by system.

It works almost immediately after entering the password, displaying "welcoming" and then logging out. I've tried setting up new accounts but faced similar issues; however, local admin accounts seem unaffected. Changing the account type and logging in again resolves the problem and loads the desktop. The method involving replacing the folder at c:/user/default with another copy from another machine still doesn't fix the issue. Before long, I disabled a custom time limit for internet access through the router, as it appears to be the cause.
