I think it might be connected to power management or drivers that caused a component failure. Are you sure your PC powers on when you press the power button? If it does, check if any parts are affected. — Hellowpplz

There hasn't been any recent bios or driver update. If a new one is available, proceed accordingly. Consider starting the system without using the GPU.

They didn't realize it was using a GPU. Just press the run button, then open msconfig. You'll see a tab named services, and you can turn on the services you require.
